PixieYou Referral Program Terms

These terms apply to the PixieYou Refer a Friend Program. By participating, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

The Program is available to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old.

The Program is intended for individuals and personal referrals only. Businesses, affiliates, employees, contractors and professional promoters may not participate unless approved by PixieYou.

2. How the Program Works

A customer may share a personal PixieYou referral link with an eligible friend.

The referred friend may receive a discount on their first qualifying PixieYou order.

After the referred friend completes a qualifying purchase through the referral link, the referring customer may receive a discount or promotional reward.

The available discount, reward amount, expiration date and any purchase requirements will be shown in the Program or in the reward communication at the time it is issued.

3. Qualifying Referrals

A referral qualifies only when:

1. The referred friend is a new PixieYou customer.

2. The friend uses a valid referral link or referral code.

3. The friend completes an eligible purchase at pixieyou.com.

4. The order is paid, accepted and not canceled, refunded, returned, charged back or identified as fraudulent.

Each person may receive a new customer referral discount only once.

Only one reward may be earned for each eligible referred friend, regardless of how many orders that friend places or how many accounts, names or email addresses are used.

4. No Self Referrals

Customers may not refer themselves.

PixieYou may reject or review referrals involving matching or related names, email addresses, telephone numbers, shipping addresses, billing information, payment methods, devices, internet connections, IP addresses or other account information.

Creating duplicate accounts or using false information to obtain additional discounts or rewards is prohibited.

5. Discount and Reward Rules

Unless otherwise stated when issued, referral discounts and rewards:

1. Are valid for one use only.

2. Have no cash value.

3. May not be sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

4. May not be combined with other discounts, promotions or offers.

5. Apply only to eligible merchandise.

6. Do not apply to taxes, shipping, gift cards or previous purchases.

7. May be subject to minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions or expiration dates.

A discount or reward may be canceled if the qualifying order is canceled, refunded, returned, charged back or later determined to be ineligible.

6. Sharing Referral Links

Referral links should be shared personally with people who would reasonably expect to receive the invitation.

Referral links may not be distributed through spam, automated messages, bulk emails, paid advertising, coupon websites, misleading promotions or unlawful methods.

Anyone sharing a referral link publicly must clearly disclose that they may receive a PixieYou reward if someone completes a qualifying purchase through the link.

7. Misuse and Account Restrictions

PixieYou may review any referral, order, account, discount or reward for suspected misuse.

PixieYou reserves the right to reject referrals, cancel discounts or rewards, suspend accounts, block participation or permanently ban users who:

1. Violate these terms.

2. Attempt self referrals.

3. Create duplicate or false accounts.

4. Engage in fraud, manipulation or abuse.

5. Distribute referral links through prohibited methods.

6. Use the Program in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

PixieYou’s decisions concerning referral eligibility, fraud and rewards are final to the extent permitted by law.

8. Program Changes

PixieYou may change, pause, limit or end the Program and may change the available discounts, rewards, eligibility requirements or these terms at any time.

Changes will apply prospectively unless a discount or reward was obtained through fraud, misuse, technical error or violation of these terms.

The Program is void where prohibited by law.

9. Privacy

Information collected through the Program will be handled according to the PixieYou Privacy Policy.

Participation in the referral program does not automatically provide consent to receive unrelated marketing communications. Marketing messages will be sent only as permitted by applicable law and the recipient’s preferences.
