We currently offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $45.

For orders below $45, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days. Processing times may be longer during launches, limited drops, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping area
We currently ship within the United States.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, holidays, and other factors outside our control may affect transit times.

Incorrect shipping information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. PixieYou is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

Lost or stolen packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, PixieYou is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking shows an issue, please contact the carrier directly. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist.
